What to Include
- Your Litter League handle, if you have one.
- The email or Apple private relay address used for sign-in, if relevant.
- Your device model, iOS version, and app version if available.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if they help explain the issue.
Sign-In Help
If Apple sign-in or email sign-in is not working, confirm that your device has network access and that you are using the same sign-in method as before. If you used Sign in with Apple, Apple may show a private relay email instead of your personal email.
GPS Tracking
Cleanup tracking needs location permission while you use the app. If a route looks incomplete, check iOS Location Services, battery settings, low-power mode, and whether the app had permission during the cleanup walk.
Photo Uploads
Proof photos are required for hauls. If uploads fail, try again on a stronger connection and keep the app open until the upload finishes. Proof photos are not public by default.
Crews
You can create a crew or join an existing crew with an invite code. If an invite does not work, ask the crew captain for a fresh code and confirm you are signed in with the account you want to use.
Sharing
Share cards are generated summaries. Sharing is user-initiated. If sharing or saving fails, check Photos permission, available device storage, and whether the iOS share sheet is available.

Reporting Content or Abuse
To report fake proof photos, unsafe activity, harassment, inappropriate content, or leaderboard abuse, email support with the handle, crew name, haul details, screenshots, and a short explanation.
