Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Litter League^™, a competitive cleanup app and website. By using Litter League, you agree to these terms.

Use the App Safely

You are responsible for your own safety during cleanup activity. Do not trespass, enter private property without permission, block roads or sidewalks, clean dangerous roadside areas, or take risks for points, streaks, leaderboards, badges, rewards, or social sharing.

Do not pick up needles, sharps, chemicals, biohazards, medical waste, weapons, heavy items, unknown containers, dangerous roadside litter, or anything unsafe. Follow local laws, posted rules, and disposal requirements. Call local authorities or the appropriate service for hazardous items.

Accounts

You may need an account to create a profile, choose a handle, upload an avatar, log hauls, join or create crews, appear on leaderboards, and use sharing features. Keep your account information accurate and do not impersonate another person, crew, group, organization, or public service.

Cleanup Logs, Proof Photos, and User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Litter League a limited license to host, process, store, display, reproduce, create generated summaries from, and use your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, moderate, and improve the app.

Do not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, private, infringing, sexually explicit, or harassing content. Do not submit fake, duplicate, staged, AI-generated, or misleading proof photos for rewards, rankings, leaderboards, badges, or crew credit.

Scoring, Rewards, and Leaderboards

Points, streaks, badges, goals, ranks, generated cards, and leaderboards are part of the Litter League game layer. We may delay, cap, review, correct, deny, remove, or change scoring, rewards, eligibility, or leaderboard placement when activity appears inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, duplicated, unverifiable, or outside the app rules.

We do not guarantee leaderboard accuracy, reward availability, reward eligibility, or uninterrupted scoring. Rewards may change, require verification, or be denied.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, flag hauls, adjust or remove points, restrict sharing, suspend or delete accounts, remove crews, or take other reasonable action to protect users, the app, the community, or the integrity of leaderboards and rewards.

No Professional Advice

Litter League does not provide medical, legal, environmental engineering, disposal, or safety advice. Content about wellness, community, moral, spiritual, environmental, or cleanup benefits is general information only.

Availability and Changes

Litter League is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or stop. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free GPS tracking, perfect photo upload reliability, or exact score calculations at all times.
